How do I connect Strava?

In Telegram, send the /strava command to BonkProof. You'll receive a link to authorize the connection. Click it, log in to Strava, and approve access. Once connected, your rides sync automatically.

How do I disconnect Strava?

You can revoke BonkProof's access at any time from your Strava settings. Go to strava.com → Settings → My Apps, find BonkProof, and click "Revoke Access". When you disconnect, all Strava-sourced activity data is automatically deleted from BonkProof and your access tokens are cleared. Your coaching profile, conversation history, and any data from other sources are kept. To reconnect later, use the /connect command in Telegram.

What data does BonkProof access from Strava?

BonkProof reads your activity data — ride distance, duration, power, heart rate, and GPS summary. We do not access your Strava social data, followers, or private messages. We only read activities; we never post, edit, or delete anything on your Strava account.

Why isn't my ride syncing?

First, check that your Strava connection is still active by sending /strava in Telegram. If the connection has lapsed, re-authorize it. Rides are synced via webhook — they typically appear within a few seconds of saving on Strava. If a ride is still missing after 5 minutes, contact us.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Disconnecting Strava automatically deletes all Strava-sourced activity data. For a full account deletion — including your coaching profile, conversation history, and any remaining data — email us at support@bonkproof.ai from the email associated with your account and we'll process it within 30 days.

What data does BonkProof store?

We store your athlete profile (FTP, weight, training preferences), conversation history with the coach, and synced workout summaries from Strava. We do not store raw Strava streams or GPS coordinates beyond what's needed for coaching analysis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Send /account in Telegram to manage your subscription. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
